MELOGRAPHICS is committed to quality art applied to quality products that become a staple in your home and/or closet. #MadeByMELO designs are custom printed on apparel, accessories, home decor, and more using specific techniques based on the design and product to ensure the design and your new merch is epic, authentic, and custom. Every physical item in the #MadeByMELO Artist Shop has detailed information about the garment/product below the design details so you know the fabbrics/materials, quality/wright, and size before purchasing your new #MadebyMELO merch. Quality of the items range from Basic to Custom (Basic, Classic, Premium, Ultimate/Custom, etc.). 

The price of items is heavily based on the production method, high-end processes used in Custom (All-Over & Sublimation) production take more time (and mostly done by hand) making the final premium product more expensive - but well worth it!

MELOGRAPHICS continually works with the production team to ensure the quality of products. If you ever run into any issues or recieve an item that appears to have an error or issue please don't hesitate to reach out so we can get you taken care of (see RETURNS & FAQ)

MELOGRAPHICS created every design and hand-selected the production method, color options, and garment/products to ensure quality (over quantity) when it's printed to order for you. However, if there is a specific design you’d like on a different item (e.g. the #MeloCrew Member Badge on a V-Neck T-Shirt, or Long Sleeve Shirt) reach out to MELOGRAPHICS directly via Discord. #MeloCrew Members  can request any design in the #MadeByMELO Artist Shop to be added to a different item - as a special perk for supporters to rock #MadeByMELO designs their way.

CUSTOM DESIGN PRINTING & PRODUCTION METHODS

• Standard (DTG) - Unlike traditional printing methods, that leave ink sitting on the fabric creating peeling or fading, the standard method preferred by MELOGRAPHICS absorbs into the fabric creating a design that feels like a natural part of the clothing/fabric. This enables the intricate details of the design to show while still being soft and breathable for all-day (and night) wear.
• High-Definition (DTFx) - Vivid and vibrant designs that last longer than traditional print methods. Custom #MadeByMELO designs printed on apparel and accessories with this new printing technique have a unique texture adding an extra dimension that just looks and feels epic!
• Custom (All-Over & Sublimation) - MELOGRAPHICS’ favorite! This high-quality heat transfer dye technique allows MELOGRAPHICS to design the entire garment/item, 360 degree canvas! For all-over sublimation apparel, the fabric is dyed with the #MadeByMELO designs then cut, sewn, and shipped to order. While this process takes more time since it’s done by hand, the final #MadeByMELO custom apparel is truly epic, authentic, and a wearable work of art.
• Embroidery (Stitched) - Simple best striking, embroidered designs are sewn to order on select garments/items with thicker fabrics (e.g. denim, canvas, leather, sherpa, etc.). Stiching the design into the garment ensures the design looks just as vivd years later as when you first rocked your custom #MadeByMELO merch.
• Knitwear (Sweaters) - Jacquard, cozy knit, fully customizable knitted crewneck. Knit on-demand with a breathable and comfortable cotton and polyester blend, perfect for any sweater-weather adventure.

• Acrylic Pins/Keychains: have a clear thin film on the surface to prevent scratches in transit. Don't forget to remove it before wearing
• Apparel/Garments: [Print to order designs on fabrics] WASHING: – Turn shirt inside out. Use cold water & wash with similar colors. Wash on a gentle setting. Drying: Tumble dry on low or hang dry. DO NOT: – IRON ON PRINT (turn inside out). Do not use bleach.
• Digital Downloads: Download files from an email sent with order confirmation. Follow set-up instructions and Digital Download Terms of Use inside the READ ME files.

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution. Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. Please read below for more details:

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

LIMITED EDITION | Exclusives

Occasionally, some merchandise or offerings in the #MAdeByMELO Artist Shop will be listed as "SPECIALTY" "LIMITED EDITION" or "EXCLUSIVE EDITION". These items are printed and/or created in small batches with only a certain number available (no exchanges, rainchecks, guarantees, etc. A limited edition/specialty item also has unique shipping and return policies since it is not fulfilled by the Printer/Production (Fourthwall and/or its affiliates) like standard items in the #MadeByMELO Artist Shop,

Specialty items are limited-run products packed by hand (personally by MELOGRAPHICS) and then shipped via USPS ground (7-10 days) to delivery addresses in the contiguous United States only. Digital items are released electronically and available for download immediately upon purchase. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL AND ADDRESS ARE CORRECT AND COMPLY WITH STANDARD USPS GUIDELINES.

MELOGRAPHICS is not responsible for damages in transit, lost/stolen items, or returned/non-deliverable packages. By purchasing this item you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Digital Use, and the Specialty/Limited Edition terms detailed on the product listing. All purchases are final and non-refundable, non-transferable. Availability and offerings are subject to change.

SPECIALTY ITEM | Content BOOKS

Limited Edition / Limited Print-Run / Exclusive eBook/Digital Edition

“Content Books” are Specialty Items ranging from Notebooks, Workbooks, Journals, Coloring Books, and Activity Books, to ebooks that include the label “specialty item” in the item description. These specialty items are printed to order and/or limited editions with special fulfillment and delivery terms, unlike blank journals and notebooks in the shop. The following Shipping Options, Timelines, and Delivery Restrictions apply to these items only unless otherwise noted in the item description in the #MadeByMELO Artist Shop. IMPORTANT NOTE: Time estimates are for the shipment and delivery of items and do not include printing/fulfillment time which on average takes 5-7 days but can vary based on order date, volume, and the item specs/production method. Shipping times are estimates in business days, excluding holidays/delays, and are not guaranteed. Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday Only. Please read item descriptions carefully as refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are not available.

• Standard Mail (USPS):  Packages shipped via Mail will be delivered using the postal service of the destination country without tracking information hence “untraceable”. Shipping to PO Boxes and/or APO / FPO  addresses is available for Standard Mail via USPS. The estimated transit time is 8-11 business days but may take up to 28 days to complete delivery. Limited Edition and Specialty items do not support delivery to addresses outside of the contiguous US unless specifically noted in the product description. If available, allow for additional transit times when shipping outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and other US territories). If transit times exceed 21 days contact support.  
• Limited Edition / Specialty Items are shipped via Standard Mail (USPS “untraceable” - Specific shop items may include premium shipping or international delivery options available when adding the item to your cart. Premium options and delivery times (excluding production/printing) are as follows: Ground (8-11), Expedited (6-9), and Express (6-9)services do not support PO Boxes and/or APO / FPO and DPO address delivery. Premium shipping methods do not support PO Box, APO / FPO addresses. 
• International & PO Box / APO / FPO Addresses
  • Packages shipped to military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping. Ground, Expedited, and Express shipping cannot be used. Ensure your order is sent via USPS using Standard Mail /“Untraceable” or Priority Mail Only.
  • Shipping/Delivery to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America address is not available for any shipping method. 
  • Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. MELOGRAPHICS and third-party production and fulfillment partners cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
• LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. The MELOGRAPHICS and Production/Fulfillment Partners take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of their control, the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), formatting, design, or overall book appearance and will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, contact support to see if a replacement copy is available) not guaranteed for limited-run prints since no inventory is maintained after the first printing.

WHAT'S INCLUDED 

Personalization and Merch Item/Product Requests include a link to purchase the item printed with the personalized design on the chosen garment/product. All items are printed to order and are unable to be returned, exchanged, or canceled per the Terms of Service. Learn more about print and production methods here. Within 72hrs of receiving the request, MELOGRAPHICS will send you the link to purchase your requested item (valid for 30 days).

REQUIREMENTS

Design Personalization (Custom Service) is an exclusive benefit for MELO CREW ONE Members Only (Discounted & FREE for select tiers). See product listing for specific options and details.

REQUIRED: In order to recieve a personalized #MadeByMELO design you must purchase the desired Design Personalization listing from the shop, submit your project request details via MELO SPACE Discord "Start-project" channel per the instructions below. MELOGRAPHICS reserves the right to refuse and/or decline a request for any reason; including but not limited to: personalization requests with ccustom copy/test appearing to violate the terms of services, brand standards, and/or community guidelines. If a request is received outside of the default options, scope, and deliverable listed in the product listing, additional fees and/or costs may apply. Design Personalization

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick Your Design Purchase the Design Personalization item of your choice from the #MadeByMELO Artist Shop. You'll receive a purchase confirmation email with an order number which you'll need to submit your request.
2. Submit Your Request Visit the MELO SPACE Discord # 📝 Start Project channel and click the "Design Personalization" option.
3. A new channel will appear for you to submit your personalization request details including:

   • Order # - see confirmation email

   • Design Name

     • Creative Voyager - include text color: Magenta, Green, Yellow, Blue, Red, or Orange

     • Astronaut Suit - include Adult, Toddler, or Kids

     • #MeloCrew Vibes - include design color: Blue, Green, Purple, Magenta, White, Duotone. Your custom text color will your design color unless duotone is chosen which features white text.

     • Knitwear (Sweaters) - Include design name and number from images on item listing.

   • Custom Text - Must be 4-14 characters including spaces and comply with Terms of Service. 

   • Optional Upgrades/Add-Ons - All items will include the default options listed below unless specific product or print upgrades are noted in your request (e.g. women's t-shirt instead of unisex t-shirt, hi-def ink, etc.)
4. Purchase Your Personalized Merch Within 72hrs MELOGRAPHICS will provide a link to purchase your new personalized design!
